Steve Bowler has been active in retail commercial real estate for over 25 years, dedicating his career to assisting tenants and landlords in achieving their goals by developing lasting relationships built on a foundation of trust and communication. This has led Steve to be fortunate enough to work as the National Broker for Black Bear Diner and to work with with such groups at Darden Restaurants, Petco, Barnes & Noble, Floor & Decor, RC Willey, Smith’s, Freddy’s, Red Lobster, and Avis in states that include Utah, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.

In addition, Steve assists many large retailers, including Albertson’s, Staples, K-Mart, Fred Meyer, Office Depot, Hollywood Video and 7-11, with leasing excess space. As well as providing landlords with strong results in leasing and selling space in their assets.

Steve has worked fervently to build his career on providing expert in-depth market evaluations, demographic profiles, competition analyses and site information essential to his client’s decision-making process.

Steve currently resides in Draper, UT, with his wife, Kristi, and four children. He enjoys traveling, skiing, scuba diving and spending time with his family.

Brady Davies

Brady Davies comes from a background as an Acquisitions Analyst for Sundance Bay Capital Group where he sought after large, value-add real estate assets across the United States.

Since joining Colliers International, Brady has focused specifically on retail tenant and landlord representation. Delivering results and developing a strong relationship of integrity are fundamental parts of his business philosophy. As a member of the Bowler Retail Team, Brady has had the opportunity to work with clients such as Petco, Smith’s, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Boost Mobile, and Metro PCS. Brady utilizes his past experience and education to enhance and execute his clients’ overall strategy.

Brady currently resides in Draper, Utah with his wife Sarah and his daughter. He enjoys traveling, sports, snowmobiling, and running marathons.

Kelsie Bowler

Kelsie has long acknowledged the power of education in her life. After coming to the realizitation of her passion for brokerage and real estate, she sought to further her real estate education by receiving her Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from the University of Utah.

That degree has provided Kelsie with the knowledge and skills to help her represent her clients by being well rounded in all aspects of the real estate industry from finance to site planning to market analysis.

She now works with tenants that include Barnes & Noble, Olive Garden, Floor & Decor, LongHorn Steakhouse, Red Lobster, California Fish Grill, and The Capital Grille.

Having studied the arts in her undergradute degree, Kelsie values the power of creativity and seeks to bring any creative solution or opportunity to her clients. Kelsie believes that this focus on creativity in real estate is what sets her apart from the others in the industry.


Veronica Benson

Veronica joined Colliers International in November 2018 as a marketing specialist for the Bowler Retail Team. Veronica utilizes her past experiences and education to deliver results in client services, marketing externally, and creating engaging content for the Bowler Retail Team. 

Veronica currently resides in West Jordan, Utah with her husband Aaron and four kids. She enjoys spending time with her family, learning new things, cooking, running, and taking on projects that inspire and ignite her passions.


  • Graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors of Science in 2005. She is the Owner and operator of Veronica Benson Photography and Utah Women’s Retreats, where they provide weekend retreats for women with a focus on reconnecting with self and others.


Erin christian

Erin joined Colliers International in December 2018. Erin has experience in advertising, public relations, management, and customer relations. Erin enjoys utilizing her unique skill set to bring a fresh prospective to The Bowler Retail Team.

Erin currently resides in Salt Lake City with her husband and dogs. She enjoys travelling and recently moved from Washington D.C. where she was previously working.

Elisha Martin

Elisha is the broker and director of operations for asset services in Alaska. Elisha is highly skilled in all aspects of brokerage, including development, sales, tenant and landlord representation, site selection, tenant introduction to new markets, asset management and leasing. She has negotiated leases with such diverse tenants as Panda Express, Tesoro and Safeway as well as in properties throughout Alaska for clients such as Albertsons/Safeway, CFT/Panda Development, Seritage, Dimond Center Holdings and the State of Alaska. Unique to the Alaska market, she specializes in the retail, office and industrial markets.

Elisha’s background includes positions as broker and vice president of operations for PTP Management Inc., a company that manages and leases more than 50 commercial and institutional projects of approximately 4 million square feet across Alaska. Previously, Elisha was general manager of the Diamond Center, Alaska’s largest retail and office complex at 728,000 square feet.




Jim Wood has been active in commercial real estate in Alaska for over 25 years. His career began with property management, overseeing development, and management and leasing of more than 1.5 million square feet of retail and office space throughout Alaska. His background includes experience in construction, mechanical contracting, and tenant improvement coordination (lending an additional skill to his portfolio).

Jim specializes in bringing landlords and tenants together to the benefit of both, along with the surrounding community. Jim has extensive knowledge of all types of commercial property including office, retail, warehouse, and GSA government leasing. His experience in lease negotiations, sales, and tenant representation give him a broad understanding of owner’s and tenant’s needs and how to serve them. Jim is recognized for his extensive knowledge of the Alaska market in areas as diverse as Anchorage, Juneau, Wasilla, Fairbanks, the Kenai Peninsula, and outlying communities such as Nome and Dutch Harbor. He is known and respected throughout the market as a man of integrity with a fine sense of humor.
